I feel like one phase is closing... and another is opening. I don't even know exactly what it is, but I certainly feel a change coming 😊.

Wow, talk about milestones and phases!! Our creative community – the Kawaii Drawing Club® – has just turned 4 years old! 🥳
I am so honored to create, lead, and be part of this amazing group of humans 🥰.
We created this "Birthday Cake" art to celebrate. Members loved the project, and shared so many heart-felt words!
Like Kristine, who said:
Thank you for creating a space not just for seasoned artists, but for those like me, who want to learn and have a safe, supportive, encouraging place. Not only has it provided me a fun, new creative outlet, but it has also been my sanctuary."
– Kristine Maglonso
Our KDC members joined the cake party too! 😋
This easy cake idea might be good for an easy DIY greeting card or a Cricut project! I hope it brings you inspiration to create 😊.
R: Resource
I am doing a course on vocal mastery and communication (if you are curious, it's called STAGE Academy) #AlwaysLearning
Part of this course is daily vocal exercises that ask me to pick up a book and read a random passage from it in a certain way.
I thought... which book should I choose for this?
The one that immediately came to mind was "The Art Spirit" by Robert Henri. It's a collection of short thoughts and essays on the spiritual side of making art, while being hyper practical in application.
If there is a passage I want to read each day – it's from this book! 😄
I think you will deeply enjoy it.

Here is one of my favorite quotes from this book:
Don't worry about your originality. You couldn't get rid of it even if you wanted to. It will stick with you and show up for better or worse in spite of all you or anyone else can do.
― Robert Henri
A: Affirmation
This week's affirmation comes from another classic movie we just watched with the children 🥰.
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
Such a good movie! Have you seen it?
Bill and Ted go through many interesting challenges together. In the end, they summarize their message with these words:
Let's be excellent to each other!
I LOVE this affirmation. We started to say it in the family too ☺️, in a kind loving way.
W: Wonder
My children want to create their YouTube channels 😅 (who doesn't these days, lol, especially if you are 7 and 9 years old 😆).
My first reaction (of course) was, "That's too hard, too complicated, they are too young...".
My mind was waaay overcomplicating it.
I had to interrupt the monologue in my head and ask this 👇
I wonder... if this was easy, what would it look like?
Suddenly my brain relaxed and I realized, "Hey, I can research this" 😄
I trust myself to figure this out – in a simple unstressful way.
Plus, I don't need to do it all at once. I can take it 1 task at a time.
Next time you face difficulty, I invite you to ask yourself: "If this was easy, what would it look like?" ☺️
Have a beautiful week!
Warm regards,
Tatyana
