Past 3 months have been a journey of working on my "content creations systems". I've hired my friend and my husband to help 😆

And... 🥁 a new YouTube video came out of these efforts!

I truly TRULY believe that sketching opens up creativity, because it gives you the power to visualize your ideas.

Plus, it's so satisfying and fun.

So I made a video to show you the process. First, by sketching a simple object, then a complex pose.

A: Affirmation

There is a difference between discernment and judgement.

Discernment: "My colors need more contrast. I'll try that in my next drawing".

Judgement: "My colors are so flat. I suck at color".

Discernment makes you feel in your power, while judgement makes you weak.

So here is this week's affirmation (an axiom I live by):

As I was writing the above question, an insight came to me:

The opportunity is proportional to the magnitude of the discomfort. Which way do you lean?
