Last week I shared a cute cow that we drew at the Kawaii Drawing Club®, and this week we made a friend for our cow – a cute girl 😍

I am not (yet 😉) selling on Spoonflower, but I did set up my account and ordered some kitchen towels with my art! 🥰

This week something "clicked". I finally felt at ease inside (even if only for a couple of days 😆).

I believe, part of it was prioritizing self-care... part of it is the warmer weather (sunshine makes me so happy).

But the interesting thing I noticed is that FIRST I started to feel at ease inside, and THEN external events began to "click".

How interesting 😊.

So here this week's affirmation, from Marianne Williamson:

Ego says: "Once everything falls into place, I'll feel peace."

Spirit says: "Find your peace, and then everything will fall into place."

What I learned this week is that I really do need to "refill my cup"... before having energy to give to others (children, friends, students).

But also, there are MANY things that refill my cup. And some of them are really simple.
