I've been taking inventory my life's experiences in preparation for the new year... and a lot of memories are coming up.

Some of them I cherish. And some... I want to turn the page on. 😆

So here this week's affirmation – a powerful statement that allows us to start each year (each day!) as a "new you":

Your history is not your destiny.

We get to create new history every single day!!!!

Each day is an opportunity for a new story to be written. 😊

And WE are the authors of our life and our stories!

We may not be able to control everything that happens...

But how we FEEL about each event is completely up to us.

So here is a question to wonder about this week:

I wonder... what story do I want to write today?
